FREE US SHIPPING
We offer free standard shipping on all US orders. No minimum purchase required.

PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 24 hours Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends are processed the next business day.

DELIVERY TIME
Standard shipping delivers in 2-5 business days after processing. Total delivery time is typically 3-7 business days from order date.

TRACKING
Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update.

SHIPPING LOCATIONS
We currently ship to all 50 US states including Hawaii and Alaska.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
SlimGlow™ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package please contact your local post office or carrier.
